July 2, 2010 - Cumming Fireworks with the Parks

It is the Friday before the 4th - Cumming's fireworks night - and my girls are ready (and pretty)!

Almost as a last hurrah before their big move to New York, the Parks came over for a cocktail

and some kid play-time

before heading out to see the fireworks from afar.
(None of us like traffic, so we hit the Publix shopping center with maybe 200 other cars.)

Its nice, wholesome family fun.

The fireworks were pretty good, too.
Ella didn't always watch the right area of the sky since we were so far away, but she certainly saw some.
