October 24, 2009 - Autumn and Amicalola

The red maple in our yard dropped such pretty leaves.
They made a good photo-op with Ella's complexion.

Then, it was off to Cracker Barrel to meet GrandBubba and GrandTetee for a good southern breakfast before heading north to check out more leaves.

Up near the top of the falls at Amicalola in a Baby Bjorn and a hat from the Griffiths, not that you can see.

There you go.

(Some redneck should have called a cab.)

Ah, Amicalola.

The leaves in north Georgia were gorgeous this year!
But they're so far away...

Zoom. Zoom.

The ole Jones family.

The new Mulcay family.

The recent rainfall really gave Amicalola some life.

Does anyone else have to pee?

whew. More water.

Finally, dry stuff.

The Jones.

Back at home, I put my new doll in another strange pose.
She'll get used to this.
So cute - and such a good color on her.
Great day. Long day, but great.
