We descend along this river...

towards a lake

touchdown

pristine

there's my baby!

a rare picture of both of us

Paul's always up for an adventure!

Of all the lakes in the area, another plane lands on ours.

(The guide was a bit embarassed, since he expects to not see anyone else - but we didn't mind seeing their landing.)

Natalie (my GPS) shows us drifting in the lake.

Back in the air...
We saw lots of scenery like this.

We pass by our boat.

A successful trip!

Just to show you the route we took...

On the way back to the boat, we saw why they call bald eagles "Alaskan buzzards."
At one point, I think I counted ten in the air, but only got a decent shot of three.

Back in Creek Street, the tide is coming in.
(Waves are visible - and there is no more exposed rock like there was before. This is probably a 10' difference.)

Carey, Jill, Paul, and Bill marvel at the tide...

...and watch for a seal playing in the creek.

We loved watching these dogs people-watching.

Another bald eagle buzzes by...

and as we head out of the harbor - a humpback says goodbye...
