March 10, 2007 - Scotland, day 3
Down to Glasgow

We wake to light filtering into our room off of the loch.

More scary forest.

A houseboat on Loch Oich.

Loch Lochy. Seriously.

Clouds sitting on the hills over Loch Linnhe.

These lochs are very long. I'm talking 15 miles or more.
They are narrow, but long. The stretch of lochs between two rows of hills is known as the Great Glen.

Cool road to drive along for hours.

Waterfalls everywhere!

Sheep everywhere, too!

An old abandoned chapel at Glenfinnan.

Also at Glenfinnan is a cool railroad bridge.

It was featured in the Harry Potter films as the route for the Hogwart's Express.

Glenfinnan Monument.

Typical Highlands. Pastures of sheep, hills, stone walls...

The road to Kinlochlevan.

Jill overlooking Loch Levan.

Clouds over Levan.

That's the beauty of it raining all the time...
