November 28, 2005 - Calgary Trip (Shell Canada)

McMahon Stadium, home of the Calgary Stampeders of the CFL.

As Kenny Welch and I headed towards Banff, it started snowing.

Looking forward as the snow drifts across the asphalt of Hwy 1-A (which got worse before it got better).

Entrance to Banff National Park.

Downtown Banff.

It wasn't like this last time I was here!

On to the real reason I'm here - making sure the installation of our hardware and software goes smoothly.
Sharon and Devan make sure they don't get hit by a car whilst removing the Ruby equipment.
Kenny watches Devan (who plans on not getting hit by a car while behing the counter) ring up a fuel purchase.

Our equipment looks good here.

Downtown Cochrane, AB.

General Cochrane views...

Typical Cochrane neighborhood.

The icy road to Calgary.

More of the road to Calgary.

Shell 44230, the first Shell Canada site with Radiant software.

I had to get a picture of the car's temperature display.

Brr...

Oh - and stuck in traffic (even they drive crazy when it snows), I had plenty of free time to reconfigure the car's display.
I could only make changes when the car was stopped, so this took about 30 minutes...

We actually had the Roast Chicken potato chips. Not bad at all - a little like cat food, but not bad.

Kenny was fascinated by the Ketchup Pringles.
I liked the Deli-fromage.
